Terms of Service

1. The service

Campground Management provides booking, reservation, and marketing software for independent campgrounds and RV parks. We also operate this marketing website and free diagnostic tools (the SEO Audit and ADA Scanner). "Service" in this document means all of those.

2. Your account

If you register a park account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Don't share your password. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts to open an account.

3. Plans, billing, and the free tier

Free plan. The booking software is free forever. No credit card required. Zero per-booking fees. You keep this plan as long as you want, and you can downgrade to it from a paid plan at any time.

Paid plans. Starter, Growth, and the Free-Website-with-SEO packages are paid monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time; you keep service through the end of your billing period.

SEO packages with a 12-month commitment. If you sign up for one of our website-plus-SEO bundles, the 12-month term is binding. If you cancel early, the website build fee (waived at signup) becomes due, prorated against months served.

Add-ons. Add-on charges (AI Agent, Affiliate Program, etc.) prorate on activation and renew on the 1st of each month.

4. Your data is yours

Reservations, guest information, photos, content, and any operational data you put into the platform belong to you. You can export it as CSV at any time. If you close your account, we'll give you a 90-day window to export anything you haven't already pulled out, and then we'll delete it.

We process your data only to operate the service. We don't sell it. We don't share it with third-party advertisers. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to do anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others. Specifically, don't:

• Send spam through the platform's email or messaging features.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or scrape our free tools.
• Reverse-engineer or copy the platform.
• Use the service to host content that's illegal, defamatory, or violates intellectual property.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another business.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Free tools

The SEO Audit, ADA Scanner, and other free diagnostic tools are provided as a courtesy. Results are based on automated tests and are not legal advice or a compliance guarantee. We're honest about this in the tool itself; please read the disclaimers shown alongside results.

7. Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties (Stripe for payments, SendGrid for email, Cloudflare for DNS/CDN, Google APIs for the free tools, and others). Their terms also apply when you use them. We're not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services beyond what's within our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, the website, and our brand are owned by Campground Management. Don't copy, redistribute, or use them in ways not granted by these terms. Content you publish in the platform remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to run the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific business outcomes. We don't warrant that the free tools will find every issue with your site.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You'll defend and hold us harmless against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law. We'll defend ourselves against claims arising from our own conduct.

12. Termination

You can stop using the service or close your account any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or legal risk. After termination, the sections of these terms that should reasonably survive (data ownership, IP, liability limits, governing law) continue to apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page with a new "Last reviewed" date and email existing operators. Continued use after the change date means you accept the updated terms.
