The math
Why a free website actually matters.
A real custom park website (not a Wix template) typically runs $4,000 to $15,000 from a freelancer, plus $1,500 to $5,000 every few years to rebuild when the tech stack changes. We waive all of that.
The SEO package pays for ongoing work the site needs anyway: blog posts your park's local-search rankings depend on, GBP and citation management, on-site technical optimization. Bundling the website into the SEO retainer means you get the site free and the SEO running before launch day. Not afterthoughts.
Real questions
How the agreement works.
What does "12-month agreement" actually mean?+
You commit to 12 months of the SEO package at your chosen tier. After that, you can cancel any time with 30 days notice, or stay on and get a free website refresh on renewal. No auto-billed multi-year lock-ins.
What if I cancel before 12 months?+
Early cancellation means the website build cost (waived at signup) becomes due, prorated against months served. The blog posts and SEO work already delivered are yours. Your data and content always belong to you.
What does the "free refresh every 12 months" include?+
On every annual renewal, we rebuild your site on current tech (latest framework, latest design patterns, updated photography refresh, schema updates, accessibility improvements). Not a coat of paint. A real rebuild. Websites that don't get refreshed every few years start to drag your rankings down. This stays ahead of that.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?+
Yes. Upgrade any time (the new tier starts the next billing cycle). Downgrade at the end of your 12-month term. Most parks start at Regional and stay there.
Who writes the blog posts?+
Our team, with your park-specific input. We start every engagement with a 30-minute call to map your area's seasonal events, local activities, guest demographics, and competitive landscape. From that we build a content calendar you approve before anything ships.
Ready to claim your free website?
Tell us a little about your park. We'll send back a 15-minute proposal with timeline, pages, and which tier fits your goals. No sales call required unless you want one.
