Features

A day in the life,
made simpler.

Walk through what running a 50-site park looks like with Campground Management, from the morning coffee check to closing the books at the end of the season.

Day Zero

A 6-step setup wizard that respects your time.

The first time you log in, a guided wizard walks you through everything you need to start accepting bookings. No hour-long onboarding call. No PDF manual.

  1. 1. Park profile. Name, address, photos. We'll pull your Google Business Profile photos automatically if you've claimed your listing.
  2. 2. Sites. Add your sites, bulk-create rows of pull-throughs in seconds. Each site has length, hookup type, and amenities.
  3. 3. Rates & seasons. Set base rates, then layer on peak/off-peak adjustments. Most operators copy from their old system in 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Stripe. Connect Stripe in one click. Payments land in your bank within 2 days.
  5. 5. Booking page. Customize colors and a hero image. Get an embed snippet for your website.
  6. 6. Test booking. Run a $1 test reservation through the full flow. Refund it. You're live.

Average time to complete: 28 minutes. Maximum we've seen: 2 hours, including coffee breaks.

7:30 AM

The first thing you open in the morning.

Every site, every date, every reservation, color-coded on a single screen. Today's arrivals highlight in green; departures in amber. Hover over a stay to see who's coming, what they're driving, and if there's anything special they asked for.

If a guest calls to extend, drag the right edge of their stay one day to the right. If you need to block site 14 for maintenance, right-click and pick "block." If two reservations need to swap sites, drag one onto the other.

The drag-and-drop calendar replaces the morning ritual of reconciling phone bookings against a paper printout. One glance, and you know exactly what the day looks like.

11:42 AM

A booking comes in (and you didn't lift a finger).

An RVer planning a trip on RVParks.us picks your park as their Tuesday-Wednesday stop. They tap your booking widget, same interface as if they'd visited your own website, pick site 12, enter their info, pay with Apple Pay.

Within three seconds: confirmation email to them, push notification to you, a green block appears on your calendar for those nights. Stripe deposits the money in your account two business days later. No commission. No "platform fee." The amount the guest paid is the amount that hits your bank.

The same widget works embedded on your existing website with a single iframe snippet. Same booking flow. Same payment processing. Different URL.

3:15 PM

Check-ins, walk-ups, and that one phone reservation.

The guest who booked online checks in, you tap their reservation, mark it "checked in," and the calendar updates. A walk-up arrives looking for a single night, you check the calendar, see site 7 is open, click "add walk-up," collect payment by card on the spot.

An older couple who's been coming for 15 years calls to book August. You search their name in the guest database, see their last 12 stays, their rig dimensions, and a note about their preferred site near the lake. Three clicks later, they're booked.

After Hours

The marketing happens without you.

While you're at dinner, four assistants are quietly working on your park's online presence:

The Listing Assistant

Keeps your RVParks.us listing fresh, rewrites the description seasonally, swaps the hero photo, adjusts amenity highlights based on what bookings are converting.

The Blog Writer

Drafts blog posts about your area: "Best hiking trails near [your town]," "Where to eat in [nearest city]," "Why fall in [your region] is the best-kept RV secret." You review and publish with a click. Local SEO compounds for years.

The Social Poster

Generates Instagram and Facebook posts using your park photos and seasonal angles. Schedule them through the dashboard or auto-post.

The Front-Desk Chatbot

Lives on your park page on RVParks.us. Answers "Do you allow dogs?" "What time is check-in?" "Is your pool open in October?" using your park data. Captures booking inquiries when nobody's at the front desk.

Marketing tools included with the Growth plan. Most operators tell us this alone replaces a part-time marketing hire.

End of Season

The numbers you need, on one screen.

The season closes. You want to know: which months made the most money, which site types are underpriced, what's the right rate increase for next year.

Open Reports. See occupancy by month over three years, side-by-side. Revenue broken down by site type. Average stay length trending up or down. The five highest-revenue sites and the five lowest. Repeat-guest percentage. Cancellation rate.

Export anything as CSV if your accountant wants the raw data. Email yourself a PDF summary. Set the rates for next year with confidence, not a guess.
