What does "zero booking fees" actually mean?+
When a guest pays $200 for a weekend stay, you receive $200 minus Stripe's standard processing fee (around 2.9% + 30¢, the same you'd pay with any merchant). We take nothing on top. Compare to Booking Platform A, which takes ~3% off the gross, so on that same $200 booking, you'd lose another $6.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?+
No. Sign up, walk through the 6-step setup wizard (it takes about 30 minutes), and you're live. If you want help importing reservation data from another system, Sean can usually do it in an afternoon at no charge.
What happens if I cancel?+
Cancel any time, no penalty. We'll export all your reservations, guests, and reports as CSV files so you can take them anywhere. Your data is yours.
How is this priced for parks with hundreds of sites?+
Growth ($199/mo) is unlimited sites with no per-site charge, most large independents fit here. Multi-park operators (3+ parks) qualify for Enterprise pricing, typically around $149/park/mo with white-label options. Request a quote.
What if I need a custom integration?+
We integrate with Stripe (payments), Google Business Profile (auto-photos), gate access systems, and a growing list of OTAs. If you need something we don't have, ask, we build the most-requested integrations every quarter and don't charge customers for them.
Why are you cheaper than Booking Platform A or Booking Platform B?+
We're a small, founder-run shop. No sales team. No VC pressure. No 100-person enterprise services org. We charge what it costs to run good software plus a fair margin, not what an investor's spreadsheet says we should extract from each customer. More on our story →
